Responsibilities:

  • Weekly roster creation in Connecteam
  • Travel time optimisation
  • Monitoring staff hours (max 7.6 incl travel)
  • Reducing labour % against revenue
  • Communicating schedule updates clearly
  • Identifying inefficiencies

This role requires operational thinking, not just data entry.

Experience Required:

  • Connecteam experience (essential)
  • Field-based scheduling experience
  • Strong written English
  • Understanding of paid travel time models

Contract duration of less than 1 month, with 10 hours per week.
