We are a UK-based luxury travel and private villa platform. Brand perception is extremely important to us. We are looking for a reliable Online Reputation Assistant to help monitor and manage our online presence on an ongoing basis. This is a task-based role with clear instructions and structured processes. You will be working under direction and following defined guidelines.
Hourly Rate: Maximum $10 per hour
Commitment: 5 to 10 hours per week initially, potential to increase
Responsibilities
- Brand Monitoring
- Check Google search results for our brand name weekly
- Monitor social media mentions
- Monitor review platforms
- Track new mentions in a shared Google Sheet
- Set up and manage Google Alerts
- Draft professional responses to reviews using our tone guidelines
- Flag sensitive or high-risk reviews immediately
- Log all reviews and responses in tracking sheet
- Identify opportunities to request reviews from past clients
- Help publish approved content to strengthen positive search results
- Create basic profile listings on relevant directories
- Submit press mentions to bookmarking platforms
- Follow backlink outreach templates where provided
Contract duration of more than 6 months, with 40 hours per week.
