We're a growing fashion brand based in Thailand looking for an experienced Notion expert to help us build a structured workspace for our Product Design and Production teams. The goal is to improve SKU visibility, milestone tracking, and production readiness across departments.
We need someone strong in relational databases, rollups, formulas, and workflow design (not just page setup). You'll build core databases (Collections, SKU Pipeline, Tech Packs, Handover, Production Orders, Materials, Delivery) and clear dashboards for cross-team visibility. Experience with product or operations systems is a big plus. Please share relevant portfolio examples. Experience in Fashion and retail is a big plus.
Contract duration of less than 1 month with 30 hours per week.
