We are looking for a native or C1-level German speaker with professional English to join a young, ambitious team developing the German market for a global B2B SaaS product. The product is already present in 40+ countries and used by 5,000+ enterprise clients worldwide.

You will be working in an international environment with structured processes, clear KPIs, and ongoing support. You can join in one of two roles, depending on your experience and preferences.

  • Sales Development Representative (SDR)
    • Main responsibility: Outbound prospecting and booking qualified meetings.
    • Daily activity: 60–80 outbound calls per day
    • Target: 10–12 conversations with relevant ICP contacts
    • Monthly KPI: Number of booked and completed SQL meetings (video calls)
    • Compensation structure: 80% fixed, 20% performance-based (KPI-linked)
  • Account Executive (AE)
    • Main responsibility: Managing the full sales cycle from first contact to signed customer.
    • Core activities:
    • Develop and manage your own pipeline (cold and warm leads)
    • Conduct video (and occasionally physical) sales meetings
    • Move opportunities through the full sales process
    • Close deals and sign customers
  • Compensation structure: 70% fixed, 30% based on:
  • Pipeline growth
  • Signed customers
  • Additional commission possible based on ARR of closed deals

Requirements

  • Native or C1-level German
