We are recruiting experienced and reliable mystery shoppers to evaluate and monitor test centre performance for LanguageCert's Secure English Language Test (SELT) program, in partnership with PeopleCert and Prometric. These tests are approved by UKVisasAndImmigration (UKVI) and required for a variety of UK visa applications — for work, study, or settlement purposes.
Project Overview:
- Book and attend a SELT exam under a scenario assigned to you.
- Assess whether test centres follow all security protocols, ID verification procedures, and professionalism guidelines.
- Complete a detailed report within 12 hours of the visit.
- Submit valid proof of visit (exam booking confirmation).
Task Details:
- Book a SELT exam at an assigned test centre using a promo code (voucher covers most of the fee).
- Arrive 30 minutes early for check-in.
- Present either:
- Correct ID (for standard evaluations)
- Inappropriate ID (for specific scenarios designed to test security practices)
- Security checks (ID verification, metal detectors, possessions screening)
- Exam room setup (separation, workstation conditions, non-disclosures)
- Staff conduct, explanation of next steps, and overall professionalism
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to present yourself professionally in a test environment.
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
- Clean criminal record (project policy).
- Must have valid original photo ID (passport, biometric permit, or national ID recognized in your country).
- Comfortable travelling to a test centre (location assigned).
