My scalping EA behaves like two different robots: it steadily books profits on every demo I throw at it, yet the moment I switch to a live MT5 account it starts leaking money. I have already ruled out broker-specific quirks—the same story repeats no matter where I host it—so the core logic clearly needs hardening against real-world slippage, variable spreads, and execution lag.

What I need now is a careful audit and refactor of the code so it can:

  • Sense and adapt to changing spreads before sending orders
  • Apply smarter slippage controls (including dynamic deviation or instant re-quotes logic)
  • Adjust stop-loss / take-profit levels on the fly to lock in small gains even when the market moves a few points during execution
  • Remain 100% compliant with MetaTrader 5 order-ticket rules

I will provide:

  • The full MQL5 source, sample demo and live trade histories, and VPS specs.

You will deliver:

  • An optimized EA file, clearly commented, that trades profitably on a live micro account for at least one trading week (or an agreed number of live ticks) under the same conditions where the current version fails.
  • A short change log explaining each modification, plus the parameters I should monitor or fine-tune going forward.

If you lean on tools such as MetaEditor, Strategy Tester (with real-tick data), or custom Python bridging for deeper analytics, all the better—just document your workflow so I can reproduce the results later.

Once the updated EA holds its own in live trading, we can discuss further tweaks like partial-close logic or adaptive lot sizing, but the immediate milestone is simple: identical behaviour on demo and live.

In Demo it works fine but in real it does not book profits. Can you fix and share the code with 3 day expiry, so that I can test in live account?

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months, with 30 hours per week.
