We are a DTC lingerie brand doing €400k/month and scaling to €1M+/month. We have proven product-market fit and strong creative output (30+ ads/week).
We need a senior Meta media buyer who has scaled brands to $1M+/month before and can help us get from €12-15m/day to €30k+/day consistently.
What You’ll Do
- Optimize and scale our Meta ad account daily
- Analyze performance and make data-driven decisions
- Test new strategies
- Work with our creative team to identify and scale winners
- Report weekly on performance and recommendations
- Own the results, you’re responsible for ROAS, CPA, and scaling
You will NOT create ads or do strategy consulting. We need hands-on execution.
Who You Are
Required:
- 3+ years managing Meta ads for DTC e-commerce
- Proven track record scaling brands to $1M+/month
- Deep understanding of Meta's algorithm and scaling tactics
- Data-driven decision maker
- Proactive and autonomous (we review weekly, not daily)
- Fluent English
Bonus:
- Experience with fashion/apparel brands
- Experience with creative testing systems (Atria, Rule1, naming conventions)

Compensation
- Base: $2,500-4,000/month (depending on experience)
- Performance bonuses: We have a solid bonus structure tied to ROAS and scaling targets
