We're looking for an experienced Meta Ads specialist to set up and manage Facebook/Instagram advertising from scratch for a Virginia-based court-ordered education program (RADEP). This is a high-intent, compliance-sensitive service — not e-commerce or lead gen at scale. We currently run Google Search Ads successfully but do not yet have a Facebook Page, Meta Business Manager, or Meta Ads account, so this role includes full initial setup as well as campaign launch.
Scope of Work:
- Create and configure Meta Business Manager
- Create a Facebook Page and connect Instagram (if needed)
- Set up Meta Ads account, pixel, and conversion tracking (We use Webflow)
- Build website-based retargeting audiences (site visitors, key pages, checkout viewers)
- Upload customer email list as Custom Audience (past students) and set proper exclusions
- Launch small-budget retargeting campaigns only (no cold scaling initially)
- Ensure all ad copy and setup comply with Meta policies (no sensitive personal attribute violations)
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience running Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of retargeting, Custom Audiences, exclusions, and attribution
- Comfortable working with low-volume, high-intent traffic
- Able to explain setup decisions clearly and keep things simple
- Not interested in "growth hacking" or aggressive cold funnels
Contract duration of less than 1 month, with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Facebook Advertising, Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook, Instagram
