Looking for a competent scheduler who has experience with medical Primary Care practice and Electronic Medical Records (EMR), ideally AthenaHealth. Must have good command of English, great customer service skills and be available to work normal office hours on the east coast in the US (Sun to Thurs). Will interface with US staff on a daily basis.
Tasks will be primarily scheduling of new and existing patient appointments and managing all aspects of scheduling within the EMR. Contract duration of more than 6 months with 40 hours per week.
