We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer expert to drive, optimize, and scale our OFM campaigns, ensuring the best possible KPIs (CPA/ROAS, CTR, CPC, CVR, CPM — depending on the platform). The goal is simple: consistent performance, continuous optimization, and strong data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize OFM ad campaigns (testing, iteration, scaling, structure improvements)
  • Budget management: allocation, pacing, spend control, scaling decisions
  • Data analysis: performance tracking, actionable insights, clear recommendations
  • Handle part of the creatives: angles, briefs, iterations, improvements (you won’t be alone)
  • Reporting & recaps: clear weekly/daily summaries, decisions, next steps
  • Attend weekly calls when needed (short, decision-focused)

You will have a dedicated teammate (wingman) to support execution and help with campaign setup and reporting.

  • Strong ability to improve KPIs and scale winning campaigns
  • Fast, sharp data reading + clear action plans
  • Proactive, efficient, autonomous (no micromanagement needed)
  • Clear communication and performance-first mindset

  • A solid testing + scaling strategy
  • Regular optimizations (daily if needed)
  • Simple, clear recaps: what’s working / what’s not / why / next actions
  • Short-term wins + long-term performance improvement
