The position is a part-time Marketing Operations Coordinator responsible for keeping the company's marketing activity organized, functioning, and accountable. The work is not limited to completing individual tasks. You will both execute work directly and coordinate multiple contributors across different specialties. Your responsibility is to ensure the overall marketing process works as a system. When timelines slip, results decline, communication stalls, or information is missing, you are expected to investigate, determine the cause, and correct it.

The role involves access to internal tools, financial information, performance data, and external communications. Because of this, reliability and transparency are mandatory. Problems must be reported immediately. Status updates must be accurate. Actions should be documented. Issues cannot be hidden or deferred. Early reporting of bad news is acceptable; undisclosed problems are not.

You will organize and direct work across designers, developers, campaign operators, content creators, influencer managers, public relations contacts, analysts, assistants, and individual influencers. You will monitor progress, follow up with contributors, and verify that work meets defined standards and deadlines.

A substantial portion of the work involves analysis and iteration. You will review trends across fashion and social platforms, evaluate product performance, examine campaign outcomes, and run controlled social media tests. You will identify which efforts are effective and which are not, then recommend operational adjustments based on evidence rather than assumption.

You will also maintain the marketing calendar, coordinate launches, and perform quality checks before campaigns go live. Tracking must be verified, including UTMs, pixels, and attribution setup. Once campaigns are active, you will monitor performance and escalate issues when necessary.

The position covers multiple digital channels, including Meta advertising, TikTok, email marketing through Klaviyo, and updates within Shopify. You will also handle creator research and outreach, coordinate product gifting, track posts and deliverables, maintain influencer records, and manage incoming public relations communication.

From time to time, the role supports wholesale activity by preparing materials for retailers, assisting with in-store events and trunk shows, and helping manage partner communications. You will assign tasks, monitor deadlines, enforce quality expectations, and follow up until work is completed correctly.

You will also maintain operating procedures, organize Google Workspace materials, manage structured spreadsheets and datasets, and troubleshoot platform issues as they arise. Budget tracking and performance evaluation are part of the role, including maintaining dashboards, monitoring spend, evaluating return on investment, and identifying inefficiencies.

Candidates must be comfortable using Meta Ads Manager, TikTok at a functional level, Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Workspace, and advanced spreadsheet tools with formulas and structured tracking. Experience with database organization or logistics coordination is helpful. You should also be willing to learn basic Python scripting. Daily use of AI tools is required. ChatGPT and Gemini will be used for research, analysis, identifying patterns, organizing content, diagnosing problems, and building workflows.

The ideal candidate is analytical, structured, and capable of managing contributors without formal authority. You must be able to handle multiple simultaneous priorities and take responsibility for outcomes. The work is driven by priority, not preference — the most important problem is addressed first.

Applicants should include an example of a real problem they identified and resolved, list the platforms they have personally used, describe any experience working with vendors, agencies, or influencers, and state availability during the first month, which requires approximately forty hours per week for onboarding and setup. After the initial period, hours transition to an ongoing part-time schedule based on performance. Generic submissions will not be reviewed.

Contract duration of more than 6 months with 40 hours per week.
