We are growing fast and looking for a driven Business Developer to join our small, high-impact team in Dhaka. You will play a key role in expanding CodeAlign's client base by bringing in new projects in custom AI software, web/mobile apps, game development, AI marketing tools, and eCommerce solutions. If you love technology, have a knack for understanding client pain points, and thrive in a startup-like environment where your contributions directly shape growth β this is your opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and generate leads for software development & AI projects (startups, scale-ups, SMEs in Bangladesh and internationally)
- Reach out via Upwork Agency, LinkedIn, email, calls, WhatsApp, and industry networks to build meaningful conversations
- Understand client business needs and present how CodeAlign's AI-powered custom solutions can solve their problems
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and demo presentations
- Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients for repeat business & referrals
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
