We're a small dev team (frontend + backend) starting our own IT services business and looking for a sales / lead generation partner. This is an early-stage role — no fixed salary at the beginning, commission only. Perfect if you want to grow with a team, not just "do tasks".

What you'll do:

  • Find and attract potential clients
  • Qualify leads and bring warm prospects
  • Set up intro calls (we handle closing & delivery)

Payment:

  • Percentage from every closed deal
  • Paid after client payment
  • Clear and transparent terms
