U.S. CPA / Tax Preparer Needed – Review & File 2025 Form 1065 (WY Multi-Member LLC) + Act as Partnership Representative (PR).
We are a Wyoming multi-member LLC taxed as a partnership (2 foreign individual members). We need an experienced U.S. CPA/tax preparer to:
- Review our bookkeeping and supporting docs (P&L, Balance Sheet, bank export, royalty/license agreement + payment requests).
- Review and finalize Form Schedules K-1 (2 partners) and required attachments (e.g., "Other Deductions" statement, B-1; B-2 only if needed).
- Serve as the Partnership Representative (PR) for the filing year (must meet IRS "substantial U.S. presence" requirements).
- E-file (or paper file if needed) the completed return with the IRS and provide confirmation.
Context: Business is service/software related. All revenue is non-U.S. sourced; no U.S. operations/employees. Significant related-party software license/royalty expense. We have the draft forms prepared; we are hiring for expert review, compliance, and filing/PR coverage.
