We are looking for a talented scriptwriter ideally with previous experience working for YouTube channels. We run a bodycam channel that is monetized and growing, and we need a scriptwriter to build out our team to be more efficient and help it grow. We are looking for someone who is reliable and wants to keep improving and learning.
The scriptwriter will be provided a case with footage and key points of the footage to focus on in the script. They will have an SOP of the channel identity to follow. Their job will be to create a complete and engaging script that will be entertaining and groundbreaking to watch. The scriptwriter's role is also to make the video editor's job easy and fill in all the gaps they may have for what to do when and where.
Having advanced English or being bilingual is a MUST, as well as being creative and sometimes having humour will help. The candidate also needs to be good at following directions and handling feedback effectively.
Some of the requirements to apply:
- Scriptwriting skills and English literature ability
- Previous experience working for YouTube channels (faceless channels preferred)
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively
- Creativity to enhance the script or utilize key points provided
Contract duration of more than 6 months with 40 hours per week.
