I run a football player showcase platform called Scout Me Online. We are attempting a new project and we are planning to post short 10–60 second reels featuring individual players to help them gain visibility. Right now I have 7 videos from 7 customers; however, we are trialling it to build demand, therefore I am doing phase 1 for free where customers are not paying. Phase 2 - after creating a demand, we are expecting 300 customers per month. Just after 4 days of creating demand, we have got 14% conversion per day of interest.

I am looking for a reliable long-term editor or small team to handle ongoing daily editing work. This is NOT creative highlight editing. This is a repeatable template workflow. The player already provides the clip. Your role is to apply our fixed structure to every video.

What each video requires:

  • A prepared player clip (already selected by the player)
  • 3-second logo intro (provided)
  • Target circle/indicator on the player
  • Player bio text (Name, Age, Position, Location)
  • Simple trimming only (no storytelling or highlight selection)
  • End screen "Scout Me Online – Get Seen Faster"

No colour grading, no cinematic editing, no music syncing required, no match analysis. Consistency and speed are more important than creativity.

Software: CapCut (preferred) or similar mobile-friendly editor. You must be comfortable using templates and repeating the same format daily.

Phase Structure:

Phase 1 (Test Phase): We start with a small batch (10–20 videos) to build the template and workflow. Goal: Create a clean, repeatable editing system.

Phase 2 (Ongoing Production): If successful, this becomes continuous work. Expected volume: Up to 300 videos per month. We need someone who can handle daily output reliably.

Important qualities:

We are NOT looking for:

  • Cinematic editors
  • Montage creators
  • Highlight analysts

We ARE looking for:

  • Fast
  • Consistent
  • Organised
  • Responsive
  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks

Think of this as a production line rather than a design project.

Budget: Please quote your price per video for high-volume ongoing work. (We are looking for a cost-efficient long-term partnership, not premium creative editing.)

To apply: Please include:

  • Your turnaround time per video
  • How many videos you can produce per day
  • Whether you can work long-term
  • A short sample of simple social media editing (no cinematic work needed)

Start your proposal with the word "Template" so I know you read the post. Contract duration of more than 6 months.

Mandatory skills: Video Editing, Adobe After Effects, Video Post-Editing, Adobe Premiere Pro.
