We are a Swiss-based real estate investment company developing multiple property projects each year. We are looking for a skilled 3D building modeling specialist for a long-term collaboration. We typically require 3–4 projects per year, with ongoing cooperation expected.

The mission focuses on producing high-quality exterior 3D visualizations for financing and investor presentation dossiers. This is not interior design work β€” we only require external building modeling and realistic environmental integration.

Contract duration of more than 6 months, with 40 hours per week.
