We're building a real estate marketplace in an emerging market in Latin America that aggregates property listings from multiple agents and enables buyers to compare price per square meter (m²) across neighborhoods. We need a designer who can create a logo and brand identity system that communicates trust, professionalism, and sophistication — think investment-grade, not classified ads. The brand should feel like it belongs next to a financial platform or a premium prop tech company, not a generic listings site.

Our project is positioning itself as the serious, authoritative real estate portal. The name refers to the universal unit of measurement in real estate. Our core differentiation is data transparency: comparing price per m² across properties and zones.

Main tagline: "Cada metro cuadrado, una oportunidad." (Every square meter, an opportunity.)

Brand positioning: Professional, trustworthy, investment-oriented, modern. The visual language should speak to real estate agents, property investors, and serious buyers — not bargain hunters.
