I run a remote content agency and I am hiring a Head of Chat to manage and scale our sales team. You will not just chat. You will lead. You will manage 5–15 chatters, improve performance, enforce standards, and drive revenue. If you have managed call centres, support teams, or live chat sales teams before, this is exactly that — just remote.

Contract duration of more than 6 months with 30 hours per week.
