ScanAlign is a private diagnostic imaging service based on Harley Street, London. We run a premium patient journey that starts with a free initial consultation and, where clinically appropriate, progresses to advanced full-body imaging and a detailed reporting pathway. We are looking for a LinkedIn paid specialist who can generate qualified leads with clean tracking and consistent, measurable performance.

What You Will Own

You will plan, build, manage, and optimise LinkedIn paid campaigns end-to-end, with a focus on lead quality, cost efficiency, and compliant healthcare-style messaging. This is not a set-and-forget role. We want someone who tests quickly, reports clearly, and improves performance week by week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage LinkedIn campaigns including Lead Gen Forms and landing page conversion campaigns.
  • Develop audience strategy including job titles, seniority, interests, retargeting, and audience expansion.
  • Create structured A/B testing frameworks across creatives, hooks, offers, and funnel steps.
  • Write and iterate ad copy that is clear, confident, and compliant for a medical-style service.
  • Improve conversion rate across the full funnel from ad to booking and show-up.
  • Set up and maintain tracking including Insight Tag, event setup, conversion attribution, UTMs, and CRM integration.
  • Run retargeting campaigns for warm audiences including site visitors and video viewers.
  • Provide weekly reporting outlining performance, actions taken, learnings, and next tests.
  • Identify wasted spend quickly and reallocate budget to high-performing campaigns.

What Success Looks Like in the First 30 Days

  • Tracking confirmed end-to-end including LinkedIn, website, booking events, and CRM.
  • At least 2 to 3 audience angles live with structured testing.
  • Creative testing cadence established with new variations launched weekly.
  • Clear weekly performance report covering spend, cost per lead, lead quality, booking rate, show-up rate, and next actions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience running LinkedIn Ads with measurable performance outcomes.
  • Strong direct-response thinking including hooks, offer framing, and conversion optimisation.
  • Comfortable with analytics, attribution, UTMs, and conversion event tracking.
  • Experience improving lead quality, not just reducing cost per lead.
  • Clear communication and fast execution.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical services, high-ticket services, or regulated industries is a bonus.

Tools and Platforms

  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, landing page optimisation tools, and CRM tracking workflows. Experience with GoHighLevel is a plus.
