I am hiring a researcher to build a high-accuracy lead list of Investment Management firms based in Singapore and senior decision makers. Accuracy, judgement, and strict rule following matter more than speed.
Objective: Research 50 Investment Management firms based in Singapore and identify exactly one senior decision maker per firm. Each contact must have a verified professional email sourced directly from the Chrome extension. You will be given a detailed SOP, video, and an example spreadsheet. The output must be ready for immediate cold outreach with no further cleaning.
Core Responsibilities:
- Use LinkedIn filtered search to find Investment Management firms based in Singapore with 1 to 10 and 11 to 50 employees
- Apply seniority rules precisely to select the correct decision maker
- Source emails exclusively via no guessing or patterns
- Skip companies immediately if criteria are not met
- Populate a Google Sheet with clean, consistent formatting
- Generate a short, relevant first line per contact using provided guidance
Non Negotiable Rules:
- One contact per company
- No junior roles under any circumstances
- No generic emails
- No duplicate companies or contacts
- Titles and names must exactly match LinkedIn
- Emails must exactly match Apollo
- If no acceptable contact with an email exists, skip the company and move on
Failure to follow instructions will result in immediate termination of the task.
