We're a funded, remote-first tech startup building our investor relations outreach team. We need people who are great at starting real conversations on LinkedIn and Facebook and turning them into investor meetings. This is pay-per-lead work. $10 per qualified lead. No cap.
What You'll Do:
- Join LinkedIn and Facebook groups where successful professionals and potential investors spend time (entrepreneur groups, executive communities, investment forums)
- Engage genuinely — find something to talk about, add value, build rapport
- Through real 1:1 conversations, identify people interested in learning about an investment opportunity
- Deliver qualified investor leads to our team
- Track activity and results in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
Requirements:
- Experience with social selling, community engagement, or relationship-based outreach on LinkedIn and/or Facebook
- You know how to start conversations in groups and DMs without getting flagged or banned
- Comfortable engaging with successful professionals — executives, doctors, lawyers, entrepreneurs
- Genuine conversationalist — you build rapport, not just pitch
- Patient, persistent, and self-motivated
How We Hire — Prove It First:
- We don't do interviews. We do results.
- You deliver 2 qualified investor leads in 2 weeks
- Email leads to us with: their name, phone number, and a short blurb about who they are
- If you deliver, you're in — ongoing $10/lead work, CRM access
- If you don't, no hard feelings
A qualified lead = a warm investor ready to have a conversation about investing in a funded tech startup. This is NOT mass outreach. No blasting, no spamming, no automation that gets accounts banned. We want real conversations that create real relationships. Quality over quantity.
Pay:
$10 per qualified lead delivered. No hourly, no salary — results only. Do the math: 3 leads/day = $30/day, 15/week = $150/week.
Time Commitment:
Flexible — work when you want, as much as you want. Your earnings scale with your output. Initial 2-week trial, then ongoing for performers.
About Us:
We're in stealth mode — we can't share details about what we're building yet. What we can tell you: real traction, real investors, real opportunity.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
Mandatory skills: Lead Generation, Social Media Marketing, LinkedIn, Facebook, Community Management, Social Selling.
