Hiring on behalf of a client who needs someone with LinkedIn Ads experience, especially in lead generation. The target market is institutions in Canada - shelters for vulnerable people (homeless shelters, domestic abuse victims, etc.). The client is trying to generate leads for their own line of bulk furniture (primarily "bunkable" beds) for shelters (possibly along with mattresses and mattress protectors, possibly in a bundle).

The initial approach discussed was lead generation forms direct from LinkedIn Ads, and the leads go to the client's sales team who will follow up to close. The original media buyer who was supposed to take on this campaign said they may need to run traffic campaigns to "feed" data to the account first, then pivot to lead generation forms once an audience is acquired. However, whatever gets the results is acceptable.

The campaign timeline was initially set to two months - it’s a trial to see if they want to continue and invest more into the campaign. If they get only 2 or 3 sales in that two months, it’s enough, and they will scale the campaign significantly - they just have a lot of hesitation about trusting paid advertising again.

You will set up and manage the campaign(s). Communications will go through us to the client. Flexible on work and communication hours (we are on Eastern Time). We want to be as hands-off as possible. However, if you need assets (images, videos from the client, etc.) we can provide them. A full marketing profile is also available for this campaign if it helps.

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months, with 30 hours per week.
