We are seeking a skilled freelancer to help generate new leads for our B2B property maintenance business. The ideal candidate will have experience in telemarketing, lead generation, direct sales outreach, and B2B marketing.
Responsibilities include the following:
- Researching and building targeted lead lists of property management companies, apartment operators, real estate investors, asset managers
- Identifying decision-makers (Regional Managers, Property Managers, Owners, etc.)
- Verifying contact information (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Setting up and managing cold email and/or LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Tracking responses and engagement
- Booking qualified intro calls on our calendar
- Improving messaging and testing subject lines
- Providing weekly reporting on outreach metrics
