We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager with strong expertise in Zoho Social to manage, grow, and optimize our social media presence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy
- Manage and schedule content using Zoho Social
- Plan content calendars and coordinate posting across platforms
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages
- Track performance metrics and provide weekly/monthly reports
- Optimize campaigns based on analytics insights
- Run paid campaigns if necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager
- Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Social
- Experience managing multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
- Ability to create engaging content (graphics, captions, strategy)
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and growth tactics
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with CRM integration (Zoho CRM is a plus)
- Paid ads management experience
- Experience working with international brands
