We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager with strong expertise in Zoho Social to manage, grow, and optimize our social media presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy
  • Manage and schedule content using Zoho Social
  • Plan content calendars and coordinate posting across platforms
  • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages
  • Track performance metrics and provide weekly/monthly reports
  • Optimize campaigns based on analytics insights
  • Run paid campaigns if necessary

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager
  • Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Social
  • Experience managing multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, etc.)
  • Ability to create engaging content (graphics, captions, strategy)
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and growth tactics
  • Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with CRM integration (Zoho CRM is a plus)
  • Paid ads management experience
  • Experience working with international brands
