We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Job Search Assistant to help clients streamline their job application process and increase their chances of getting hired. The ideal candidate will assist with job research, resume customization, cover letter writing, and online application submissions across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Search and identify relevant job opportunities based on client qualifications and preferences
  • Customize resumes and cover letters according to specific job descriptions
  • Submit job applications on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and company career portals
  • Track application status and maintain organized records
  • Optimize LinkedIn profiles for better visibility
  • Provide interview scheduling and basic preparation support
  • Research companies and provide brief insights to clients
Required Skills:
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of resume formatting and ATS optimization
  • Familiarity with job platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor)
  • Good research and organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple applications
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in recruitment, HR, or career coaching
  • Understanding of different industries and job markets
  • Experience with remote job platforms

Contract duration of less than 1 month, with 30 hours per week.
