We are seeking an experienced designer to format and design a professional, investor-facing ebook under two separate brands. This is not a marketing brochure or lifestyle piece. The audience is high-net-worth, accredited investors. The finished product should feel polished, credible, and thoughtfully designed β suitable for distribution to sophisticated capital partners.
Scope of Work
- Design and format a 4β5 page investor brief
- Deliver two separate branded versions (same core copy, different visual identity)
- Apply brand guidelines for each version
- Ensure typography, spacing, and layout feel premium and intentional
- Incorporate charts/visual callouts where appropriate (we will indicate where data visuals may be inserted)
- Deliver final files in PDF format (print-ready and web-optimized versions)
- Deliver source files in native format (INDD, etc.)
What We Will Provide
- Finalized copy (fully written and edited)
- Brand guides for both brands (logos, colors, typography)
- Any specific data points or citations to be visually emphasized
What We're Looking For
- You should have experience designing:
- Investor decks
- Private placement materials
- Executive whitepapers
- Financial services or PE-related content
We are not looking for:
- Social media-style graphics
- Overly "corporate" stock template designs
- Heavy marketing flair or promotional design
The aesthetic should feel:
- Clean
- Confident
- Minimal
- Structured
- Credible
Think modern private capital firm β not startup pitch deck.
Deliverables
- Version A β Brand One (Complete Ebook Design)
- Version B β Brand Two (Same structure, adapted to second brand guide)
- Final PDFs (web + print versions)
- Source files (InDesign, Figma, Canva Pro, or equivalent β must be editable)
Timeline
We would like initial design concepts within 5 days of project start, with final delivery within 10 days.
To Apply
- 2β3 samples of investor-facing or financial content you have designed
- The software you plan to use
- Confirmation that you are comfortable delivering two separate branded versions
- Your estimated timeline and estimated hours
Bonus if you have worked with private equity firms, real estate sponsors, or alternative investment managers. If selected, we may use you for ongoing investor materials, including offering memoranda, executive summaries, and capital raise documents.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Graphic Design, Infographic, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Ebook Design
