We're looking for a talented 3D rendering artist or designer to bring two beach houses located side by side to life. Both houses share a similar design concept, so the total number of renderings will be doubled. Each home should reflect a blend of coastal, barn house, and modern styles, featuring an airy, white-dominant palette with touches of light blue, teal, black, and rattan. The design should evoke the relaxed, seaside feel of Key West, Florida — where people love fishing, boating, and enjoying outdoor living.
Scope of Work:
- Use the provided construction set to create detailed 3D renderings.
- Produce a total of 10 exterior renderings and 30 interior renderings (for both houses combined).
- Choose materials and finishes from or comparable websites.
- Select furniture and décor from real retail sources such as West Elm, Home Depot, or similar quality vendors.
- Include design elements like shiplap walls, rattan blinds, beach-themed pillows, coral or fish accents, storage for towels, and wooden furniture pieces.
- Use coconut trees and tropical landscaping similar to the provided reference image.
- Submit wireframes for approval before proceeding with final renderings.
