I am looking for an Instructional Designer/Content Creator to help me package my framework into a sellable digital course. The goal is to create a high-impact, "no-fluff" course. I have the core content, stories, and frameworks; I need you to build the "system" and assets.

Scope of Work

  • Course Scripting & Storyboarding
  • High-Value Digital Assets (The "Bundle")
  • Course Hosting Setup (Consultative)

What I Provide

  • Complete outline of all 4 sections.
  • Personal anecdotes and "real-world" stories.
  • My professional background for "Social Proof" (If Required)

What I am looking for:

  • Experience: Proven track record in Instructional Design or creating successful B2B/Career digital products.
  • Eye for Design: Ability to create clean, "Corporate-Premium" aesthetics for PDFs and slides.
  • Communication: Ability to take complex "Corporate-speak" and make it punchy and actionable.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Canva/Adobe, Notion, and Loom/Screen-recording tools.

To Apply:

  • Provide a link to a digital product or course you have previously developed.
  • Briefly explain how you would make a course about "Organizational Dynamics" feel professional and strategic rather than cynical.
  • What platform would you recommend for a first-time creator to host this bundle?
