The Elevated Collective, a high-performing real estate team under eXp Realty, is looking for an experienced Virtual Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our growing team. We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and results-driven professional with at least 2 years of experience in real estate inside sales or appointment setting. This is a remote position for candidates who are skilled in lead follow-up, relationship building, and CRM management.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to nurture real estate agents.
  • Qualify prospects and set appointments for U.S.-based agents.
  • Manage and update lead information accurately in the CRM.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up using scripts and workflows.
  • Track and report daily activities and conversion results.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to improve lead conversion systems.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Real Estate ISA, Appointment Setter, or Sales VA.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills (neutral accent preferred).
  • Experience with CRMs such as Active Campaign.
  • Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day.
  • Tech-savvy with reliable internet, headset, and quiet workspace.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work U.S. business hours (EST).
