We need an Influencer Outreach Specialist to execute a high-volume campaign targeting relevant micro and nano-influencers. Your core task is to identify potential creators and secure partnerships through personalized, persuasive communication.
Responsibilities:
- Research and vet influencers on Instagram & TikTok whose audience aligns with our brand.
- Conduct personalized outreach via DM and email using provided templates.
- Manage initial negotiations, answer questions, and onboard selected creators.
- Track all outreach in a shared spreadsheet with status updates.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with influencer prospecting and cold outreach.
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Highly organized and able to manage a high-volume pipeline.
- Understanding of social media metrics and authentic partnership building.
Please share your average response rate and a sample outreach message in your proposal. Contract duration of less than 1 month with 30 hours per week.
