We are a climate-tech company seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Marketing Operations contractor to manage outbound email campaign execution and LinkedIn posting cadence. This is a technical execution role, not copywriting. We provide the messaging. You build, execute, track, and report. We are looking for someone proactive, organized, and comfortable operating inside HubSpot Marketing Hub.
Scope (10 hrs/week, capped at 40 hrs/month)
- HubSpot
- Build and execute 2β5 outbound email campaigns per month
- Create lists, segmentation, workflows, and sequences
- QA campaigns before launch
- Monitor deliverability and performance
- Maintain simple reporting dashboards
- Ensure CRM hygiene (basic cleanup and tagging)
- Manage posting cadence (content provided by us)
- Format and schedule posts
- Maintain posting calendar
- Proactively remind team when content is due
- Track basic engagement metrics
Process
- Slack integration
- Weekly 30-minute sync
- 48-hour turnaround for standard tasks
- Work from a structured task board (Trello)
Requirements
- Demonstrated HubSpot Marketing Hub experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with outbound campaign setup
- Clear written English
- Comfortable working async
- Partial overlap with US time zones preferred

Compensation
- $20β$30/hr depending on experience
