We are seeking an experienced HubSpot CMS professional to migrate an existing website from Kajabi to HubSpot and lead a website redesign in the process. My client is using this transition as an opportunity to improve site structure, user experience, and overall functionality while ensuring the website fully leverages HubSpot's capabilities.
Scope of Work
- Migrate an existing website from Kajabi to HubSpot
- Rebuild pages natively in HubSpot using best practices
- Preserve SEO equity (URL mapping, redirects, metadata, performance)
- Recommend and implement improvements to:
- Site architecture and navigation
- Page layout and UX
- Conversion paths and forms
- HubSpot tracking and analytics
- Lead capture and segmentation
- Email marketing and funnel integration
Required Experience
- Proven experience building websites directly on HubSpot CMS
- Experience migrating sites from other platforms (Kajabi, WordPress, Squarespace, etc.)
- Strong understanding of HubSpot's ecosystem (CMS, forms, workflows, tracking)
- UX and design experience
Website migration must be completed by April 1, 2026.
