We operate a boutique beachfront property and a luxury private vacation home in the Bahamas. We are transitioning management, branding and rebuilding our listings across platforms. We are looking for an experienced short-term rental professional to help execute this transition properly. This role begins focused and strategic β€” and can grow into a long-term, all-around Executive Assistant role for the right person.

Initial Focus (Phase 1)

  • Website Review & Improvement
    • Review existing website from a hospitality perspective
    • Recommend improvements in structure, messaging, and booking flow
    • Help refine positioning and clarity
  • OTA Listing Setup & Optimization
    • Build or rebuild listings on Airbnb, Expedia, VRBO, etc.
    • Optimize titles, descriptions, photo sequencing
    • Ensure professional positioning from day one
    • Align messaging across all platforms
  • Social Media Plan & Execution
    • Develop a simple but professional social media strategy
    • Identify target guest profile
    • Create posting cadence and content themes
    • Begin execution (Instagram + Facebook initially)
