We're a fast-growing e-commerce beauty brand in the professional waxing space. We need someone who can create ad hooks and angles that actually stop the scroll—and turn them into a repeatable creative testing system for Meta + TikTok.
This is not a "make pretty ads" role. This is: strategy + hooks + iterations + performance feedback loops.
What we need help with:
- Develop a hook/angle system for our top products (students + pros)
- Write high-converting hook scripts for UGC-style ads (15–45 sec)
- Create a creative testing plan (what we test first, why, and how we learn fast)
- Advise on (or directly manage) Meta + TikTok ad creative testing
- Translate performance results into the next wave of creative (iterate weekly)
Deliverables for the first project (2–3 weeks):
- 25–40 hooks (organized by angle + audience)
- 10–15 ad scripts (UGC style, with on-screen text + shot list)
- 8–12 ad concepts mapped to a testing plan (Meta + TikTok)
- Creative brief templates for creators/editors so we can scale output
