We are hiring 10 full-time video editors for Arabic short-form content (Instagram Reels / TikTok). This is a long-term opportunity for editors who understand Arabic language, culture, and pacing.

Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Arabic
- Proven experience in short-form video editing
- Ability to deliver:
- Arabic captions
- Clean transitions
- Sound effects
- High-retention pacing
Work Structure & Goal:
Each video editor's goal is 30 minutes of edited content per week. We provide tools, templates, and resources to help you work faster and maintain quality.
Pricing (Fixed Packages):
- 60 minutes = $500
- 120 minutes = $1,000
- 180 minutes = $1,500
Payment Method:
Paid per edited minute. Stable weekly workload.
