We run a back-office services company that supports small contractors, remodelers, flippers, trades, and GCs with admin, bookkeeping, invoicing, and operational support. We are hiring an SDR to generate leads through Facebook group outreach.
Your role is straightforward: join relevant contractor Facebook groups, send 100–300 direct messages per day to qualified members, start conversations using our script and qualification guidelines, track outreach in a simple spreadsheet, and immediately pass positive responses to me. You are not closing deals or running demos. Your only objective is to generate replies and create interest. You should also think of creative messages that will interest each target, so it is not just 100% copy and paste messaging.
We will provide hourly PLUS commission for booked calls. This is a high-volume, performance-driven role. You must be comfortable with cold outreach, rejection, and sending messages at scale. Fluent written English is required. You should be able to work US hours and manage yourself without supervision. Experience in the construction niche, Facebook group outreach, or prior SDR/appointment setting work is a strong plus.
