We are looking for a high-performance remote sales closer to handle WhatsApp and Instagram inquiries for a premium aesthetic & slimming clinic in Indonesia. This role focuses on converting ad leads into confirmed clinic bookings and high-ticket treatment sales (IDR 1M–30M). This is NOT basic customer service. We need someone experienced in high-ticket sales who understands urgency, objection handling, and follow-up strategy.
Scope of Work:
- Reply to WhatsApp & Instagram chats from ads
- Qualify leads quickly (budget, readiness, interest)
- Handle objections confidently
- Follow up consistently until booking
- Turn conversations into confirmed appointments
- Track daily conversions in Google Sheet / CRM
Requirements:
- Native or fluent Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven experience in high-ticket sales (above 1M IDR per transaction)
- Strong closing skills (not just answering questions)
- Fast response time
- Comfortable working with revenue targets
- Experience in aesthetic, beauty, clinic, or health industry is preferred
