We are launching a new YouTube channel focused on high-level sports challenges with a documentary-style approach. The format combines:
- On-camera storytelling
- Data-driven analysis
- Cinematic pacing
- High-retention editing
Video length: 10–15 minutes.
We are looking for an experienced YouTube editor who understands audience retention and pacing psychology. This is NOT a basic vlog edit.
We need someone who can:
- Build a strong first 30-second hook
- Maintain pacing throughout
- Add clean motion graphics for stats
- Use subtle but effective sound design
- Add dynamic subtitles and on-screen emphasis
- Use pattern interrupts to avoid retention drop
