Gorilla Brands is a startup performance marketing company built inside two real operating construction businesses that we own. Right now, Gorilla Brands primarily serves our internal companies. The goal is to refine and prove the system internally, then scale into a full agency serving contractors nationwide.

We have SEO execution in place, GBP execution in place, and can hire PPC talent. We have tracking and CRM infrastructure started. What we don't have is someone fully owning fulfillment. Everything is fragmented and this role exists to fix that.

What This Role Actually Is

You are responsible for designing, building, and owning fulfillment. Not just managing campaigns. You will define:

  • What each service actually delivers each month
  • What "done" looks like in SEO, GBP, PPC, landing pages, tracking, and CRM
  • What KPIs must be hit
  • What the onboarding process collects
  • What quality control checkpoints exist
  • What dashboards must show
  • What reporting cadence clients receive
  • How everything ties back to revenue

You will take fragmented execution and turn it into a structured performance machine. For each department, you will:

  • Define deliverables
  • Define process
  • Define timelines
  • Define ownership
  • Define QA standards
  • Define reporting outputs

Then tie it all together into one unified performance view. SEO, GBP, PPC, landing pages, and CRM must connect through:

  • Clear attribution
  • Accurate dashboards
  • Cost per lead
  • Lead quality
  • Revenue impact

You are responsible for creating the system that can eventually support 100+ contractor clients paying $3,000–$10,000 per month with elite retention. You will:

  • Direct specialists
  • Hold standards
  • Jump into audits and troubleshooting
  • Build dashboards
  • Create SOPs
  • Protect margins
  • Lead performance conversations

You must understand people and performance marketing enough to audit and guide:

  • SEO
  • Local SEO / GBP
  • PPC
  • Landing pages
  • Attribution
  • UTMs
  • Call tracking
  • CRM routing

You don't need to be the best technician in the world. But you must be able to spot weak work instantly.

Who This Is For

Someone who has:

  • Built or scaled fulfillment inside an agency
  • Or built performance infrastructure inside a service business
  • Or led marketing operations where ROI and attribution mattered

You like building from scratch. You don't need a polished corporate structure. You think in systems, retention, margin, and clarity. You are comfortable simplifying offers if needed. You care more about outcomes than activity.

Compensation

Competitive base plus performance-based upside tied to:

  • Client retention
  • Performance benchmarks
  • On-time delivery
  • Margin protection

This is a founding leadership role inside a growing performance company with real operating brands already in motion. Looking forward to a conversation. Please submit an explanation about why this role interests you. This is a long term leadership and customer facing role. Looking to hire within the next 3 weeks. Bonus points if you send a video introducing yourself. Contract duration of more than 6 months with 40 hours per week.
