We are a fast-growing direct-to-consumer nutrition brand experiencing strong organic traction across social media and ecommerce. Our content drives significant traffic, community engagement, and sales, and we are looking for a strategic growth marketer to help us understand what is working, why it is working, and how to scale it intentionally.
This role sits at the intersection of content performance, analytics, and funnel optimization. You will analyze marketing data across platforms, uncover actionable insights, and translate those insights into content direction, growth strategies, and funnel improvements that drive measurable revenue impact. You will work closely with a lean remote team and play a key role in helping us scale efficiently while maintaining our strong organic momentum.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze social media performance beyond vanity metrics (conversion impact, audience behavior, retention signals)
- Identify patterns behind high-performing posts and campaigns
- Translate data into actionable content angles, hooks, and script direction
- Track traffic sources across organic, paid, email, community, and partnerships
- Identify highest-leverage growth channels
- Improve attribution clarity and reporting accuracy
- Own funnel visibility from content β click β email capture β purchase
- Identify friction points and conversion opportunities
- Recommend CRO improvements and testing strategies
- Build and maintain clear performance dashboards
- Provide weekly/monthly insights and strategic recommendations
- Focus on revenue-driving metrics, not surface-level engagement
- Experience in DTC ecommerce, creator brands, or performance marketing environments
- Strong analytical skills paired with marketing intuition
