The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.
You will manage our day to day social media activity and build and run targeted outbound campaigns. You will create and maintain prospect lists, coordinate email and LinkedIn touches, and provide campaign packs that allow SDRs to call the right accounts with the right message at the right time. You will not be making sales calls or closing deals, but you will directly influence revenue through the quality and consistency of the campaign machine.
Key responsibilities
- Manage LinkedIn activity for the founder and company page, producing consistent posts aligned to current target segments and campaign themes.
- Repurpose internal material into content, including meeting notes, transcripts, project wins, case studies, lessons learned, and common pain points.
- Build and maintain segmented prospect lists using tools such as Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms.
- Create and run outbound sequences across email and LinkedIn, with clean targeting, clear positioning, and strong calls to action.
- Coordinate campaign timing so SDR calls follow digital touches, and maintain a weekly plan that keeps SDRs fully supplied with priority calling lists.
- Create campaign packs for SDRs, including target segment summary, positioning, talk tracks, qualification questions, and objection handling notes.
- Track and report performance across email, LinkedIn, and SDR outcomes, focusing on meetings booked, meetings attended, and pipeline created.
- Maintain good data hygiene, remove duplicates, manage opt outs, and keep lists and campaigns organised.
Required experience
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation, growth marketing, or outbound campaign management.
- Strong written English with a professional tone. You must be able to write both outreach messages and public posts.
- Hands on experience building lists and enriching contacts using Apollo or equivalent tools.
- Comfortable running email sequences and understanding basic deliverability and list hygiene.
- Highly organised, reliable, and able to work to weekly outputs without constant supervision.
Desirable
- Experience in SaaS, ERP, or IT services.
- Experience supporting SDR teams and building talk tracks and campaign packs.
- Basic design skills for simple LinkedIn assets and carousels, or confidence using tools that make this easy.
What success looks like in the first 30 to 60 days
- Consistent social posting is running and aligned to a clear monthly campaign focus.
- At least one new, clean, segmented prospect list is produced weekly, ready for SDR calling.
- Outbound sequences are live and SDR calls are coordinated to follow the digital touches.
- Weekly reporting shows what is driving booked meetings and pipeline, and the approach is improving.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
