We are looking for a skilled graphic designer to create a custom embroidered patch design for our company hats. The patch needs to match our existing vehicle wrap branding, so strong branding and layout skills are important.

Project Details:

  • Patch shape: Hexagon
  • Final size: 3.5" wide x 2.5" high
  • Shape dimensions (when drawn out): 1.25 x 1.75 x 1.75 x 1.25 x 1.75 x 1.75
  • Design style: Clean, bold, embroidery-friendly
  • Background: Simple, strong contrast so stitching reads clearly
  • Include a border around the patch

I’ve attached a reference patch that we are trying to recreate in shape and layout. We are not copying the design, just using it as a structural reference. The goal is to redesign it so it fits our brand identity.

What We Need:

  • A hat patch design that aligns with our brand and vehicle wraps
  • Designer to choose and apply strong colors that translate well to embroidery
  • Files prepared for embroidery production

Deliverables:

  • Vector files (AI, SVG, or EPS required)
  • High-resolution PNG/JPG mockups
  • Embroidery-ready layout (clear lines, simplified details)

Ideal Designer:

  • Experience designing patches, logos, or embroidery graphics
  • Understands stitch limitations and clean line work
  • Can provide 1–2 initial concepts and revisions

Please include examples of past patch, apparel, or embroidery designs in your portfolio.

Contract duration of less than 1 month with 30 hours per week.

Mandatory skills: Graphic Design, Clothing, Adobe Photoshop, Print Design, Brand Identity & Guidelines, Illustration, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign.
