We are a growing U.S. marketing company serving home services and medical clinics. We are hiring for our Team a role where execution and ownership matter. We provide the tools; you provide the results.

You are our GHL architect, responsible for the complete end-to-end setup of our systems, focusing on:

  • Automation: Create advanced workflows for lead nurturing and appointment setting.
  • Infrastructure & Sub-Accounts: Build "Master Snapshots" for SEO/PPC services, deploy new client accounts, and ensure 100% deliverability.

Expectations:

  • Complete System Setup: You are responsible for setting up everything from scratch when needed—including DNS records, SMTP, API integrations, and funnel architecture.
  • SOP Creation: You must create and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the systems and workflows you build to ensure scalability.
  • Optimize and improve logic without being asked.
  • Solve technical hurdles independently (no micromanagement).
  • Own your results. If a system fails, you fix it.

Not a fit if: You need step-by-step instructions or blame "GHL bugs" for poor performance.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Snapshots, Custom Values, and API triggers.
  • Proven record of building complex, multi-client automations.
  • Strong English communication.
  • Available during California (PST/PDT) business hours.

Contract duration of more than 6 months with 40 hours per week.

Mandatory skills: CRM Automation, Advertising Automation, Email Automation, Lead Management Automation, Social Media Marketing Automation, Marketing Automation, Marketing Operations & Workflow.
