We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel email deliverability expert to audit and stabilize email sending for two active GHL sub-accounts. Both accounts recently experienced sending blocks due to spam/reputation flags under GHL's new sending policy. DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX) are already verified, so this is NOT a basic DNS setup project. We need someone who specializes in deliverability, reputation recovery, and safe sending architecture inside GoHighLevel.
One account has a newly purchased dedicated IP that needs proper warm-up strategy. The second account is still warming up and recently experienced a temporary block.
Scope of work should include:
- Full GHL email configuration audit
- Bounce and spam classification analysis
- Domain/IP reputation review
- Dedicated IP warm-up strategy
- Sending behavior recommendations
- List hygiene and segmentation guidance
- Spam trigger/content review
- Action plan to prevent future blocks
We want actionable fixes - not just a report.
Ideal candidate:
- Strong experience with GoHighLevel email infrastructure
- Deliverability and IP warm-up expertise
- Familiar with Mailgun/GHL SMTP
- Proven track record stabilizing sending reputation
Please include:
- Relevant GHL deliverability experience
- Examples of similar recovery work
- Estimated time and cost
We are ready to start immediately and want this resolved quickly. Contract duration of less than 1 month.
