We are seeking an experienced Global Business Development Manager responsible for acquiring new clients and generating projects across Software Development, IT Staffing, Accounting Services, and Manpower Supply. The candidate will lead end-to-end sales activities including lead generation, outreach, proposal development, negotiation, and closure of international business opportunities (primarily US, UK, Canada, and Europe).
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Sales
- Identify and acquire new clients for IT Services, Staffing, and BPO/Accounting projects
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking
- Develop and execute global sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Conduct client discovery calls, requirement gathering, and solution presentations
- Prepare proposals, RFP responses, contracts, and pricing models
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with international clients
- Build long-term relationships with decision makers (CEOs, CTOs, HR Directors, Procurement)
- Maintain communication with existing clients and identify upsell opportunities
- Coordinate with delivery and recruitment teams for smooth onboarding
- Explore new markets and industries for service expansion
- Analyze competitors and pricing trends
- Establish partnerships with MSPs, VMS, and direct clients
Contract duration of more than 6 months with 40 hours per week.
