We're hiring a full-time Shopify Virtual Assistant to support our growing apparel brand. This is not basic admin work. You will be responsible for maintaining and improving our website, product pages, and operational accuracy daily.
Your responsibilities include:
- Uploading and optimising product images
- Updating product descriptions and SEO
- Managing cross-sells, variants, and collections
- Implementing landing page and theme updates
- Conducting QA checks on both mobile and desktop layouts
- Uploading and managing reviews (Stamped)
- Performing regular site checks for inconsistencies
- Handling light financial reconciliation (Shopify / PayPal / Klarna)
- Updating Asana with clear progress notes
We're looking for someone with strong Shopify backend experience (minimum 2 years), comfortable navigating and editing themes (no heavy coding required), with a strong eye for layout and consistency. You must be detail-oriented, organised, responsive, and able to work independently.
This is a full-time role (40 hours per week), long-term commitment required. Must overlap at least 3β4 hours with UK time. Immediate start preferred. Contract duration of more than 6 months.
Mandatory skills: Shopify, Ecommerce Website, Product Listing / Product Upload, Product Management, SEO (basic), Website QA / Quality Assurance, Shopify Development (even if light theme edits only), Ecommerce, Virtual Assistance, Asana.
