Your Role:
As a Bilingual Receptionist & Client Experience Specialist, you will be the first point of contact between clients and our legal team. You'll greet clients virtually, answer calls, schedule appointments, and ensure communications run smoothly across the firm. Your ability to balance warmth and precision will help create a strong, lasting impression for our clients.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Answer and route client calls and messages with professionalism
- Schedule appointments and send reminders accurately
- Communicate promptly with clients in English and Spanish via phone, email, or text
- Update client files, call logs, and records in our systems
- Translate short documents as needed
- Support attorneys and paralegals with admin tasks
- Track communication metrics and performance reports weekly
Qualifications Required:
- 1+ year of receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Patience, empathy, and professionalism when handling client interactions
Preferred:
- Experience working in a law firm or legal support environment
- Familiarity with CRM or legal case management systems
- Prior remote work experience
