We are seeking a creative, disciplined, and detail-oriented video editor who loves storytelling, understands pacing, and can turn long recordings into captivating YouTube videos. You will be responsible for:
- Editing 4β6 long-form videos per week (8β60 min each)
- Creating 21β50 timestamped clip candidates with 3β5 second hook callouts for Shorts
- Compiling 3β5 "meats" (standalone ad-ready segments)
- Following our 70/20/10 testing system for openers and titles (70% proven, 20% variations, 10% new ideas)
