We are looking for a highly skilled full-time Digital Marketing Assistant who can support internal marketing projects across multiple digital channels.
Work Schedule Requirement
- This is a FULL-TIME position.
- Candidates must be available to work Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
- Candidates must be responsive and available for communication during work hours.
- Treat this role as a primary job (not side freelance work).
Communication Requirement
- Must speak fluent English.
- Must be comfortable communicating via video meetings regularly.
- Must be responsive on Upwork, Email and SMS/WhatsApp.
Job Overview
We need someone experienced in lead generation marketing who can help build funnels, manage paid ads, design websites, create graphics, and assist with CRM automation. Lead generation experience is the most important skill for this role. This is a long-term opportunity with growth potential for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Funnels
- Build and optimize lead generation funnels.
- Create landing pages designed to maximize conversions.
- Assist with strategy and optimization to improve ROI.
- Paid Advertising
- Create and manage paid ad campaigns including Facebook & Instagram Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube preferred).
- Monitor performance and optimize campaigns.
- Website Development
- Build and update WordPress websites using Elementor Pro.
- Create landing pages and conversion-focused layouts.
- CRM & Automation
- Be completely comfortable using GoHighLevel.
- Build funnels and automation using GHL.
- Set up pipelines, workflows, and follow-up sequences.
- Implement tracking pixels, analytics, and reporting.
- Graphic Design (Required)
- Create ad creatives for paid campaigns.
- Design landing page graphics and marketing assets.
- Develop social media and promotional graphics.
- Maintain brand consistency across campaigns.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with lead generation marketing.
- Facebook & Instagram Ads experience.
- Google Ads experience.
- WordPress website design.
- GoHighLevel or similar CRM/automation platform experience.
- Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools).
